I asked for diet Pepsi, I got Pepsi (there is a difference) The ribs were very rubbery and not charred like they usually are and the rice was eck....I always loved their food but today was very disappointing

The lunch menu gives error only available 12-3 when I was trying to check out earlier even though it was only 1pm. Food is always good here though.

I placed the order at 4:07 and asked for delivery at 6:00. It's now 6:33, and the order isn''t here. I just called and was told "we're still making it" - The food is good, but the lateness is terrible! Next time I'll call instead of ordering online, and pick it up in person.

crab rangoons never came. didn't bother to call... seemed pointless to wait another 45 mins for an order of them. disappointed though.

Even though items was missing I loved the fact that I called BeyondMenu and they called the actual restaurant and had everything handled right away. Very professional/respectful.GREAT customer service
